These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully.
When placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These are governed by the laws of England and Wales but do not affect your Statutory Rights.

We accept secure payment through PayPal. Please note you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility.

A word about Pay Pal
Pay Pal protects your financial information with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is NOT shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

When we have received your order we will send you written conformation by email or post.

Your Right to Cancel

You as a ‘consumer’ have the right to cancel your purchase of a product from the date the contract is concluded (i.e. the date we send our order conformation email to you ) until the expiry of a period of seven working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product.

Postage and Packaging Costs

U.K. postage £3.95 standard delivery charge.

At present we are only able to deliver within the U.K.

Delivery

Please allow 5 - 7 working days. 

If you need an item urgently, please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

Some handmade / decorated products may take longer as well as some products that may be out of stock at time of ordering or no longer available, where this is the case we shall contact you to advise an estimated delivery date. We will also give you the opportunity to cancel your order and refund you accordingly.

Seasonal Products

Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day etc, a cut off date for orders will be advertised on the website, this will ensure you receive the products in time for the occasion and therefore avoid any disappointment.

Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to make your shopping experience a positive one; however we do understand that sometimes you may need to return products.

Upon receipt of your product please check it carefully if it is found to be faulty or damaged in anyway please contact us immediately.

Please do not destroy the packaging until you are completely satisfied with the product.

We are happy to refund or exchange products as long as they are returned to us in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

When returning a product, we recommend you use registered post from the post office as we cannot be responsible for the product getting lost or damaged.

Please note we can only refund the product returned and not the original delivery charge or return postage unless the product is faulty.

For a faulty or damaged product, we will either replace it or refund it including all postage costs.

Your rights to return products are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Handmade / Decorated Items

Please understand that Handmade/Decorated products may have ‘slight imperfections’ as this is the nature and beauty of them.

Remember they are not mass produced in a factory.

Disclaimer

Trendy Cow Designs reserves the right to change designs, materials and finishes of any of its products at any time without prior notice. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification including prices of our products are correct.

If we discover any errors we will amend them immediately. We are not however obliged to honour them, although we will give the customer the option to continue with any existing orders (incorporating the new amendments) or to cancel the order and receive a refund in full.

Privacy

We will not disclose any of your details other than to carriers. All personal information obtained from you is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.We request your telephone number in case we have to contact you with regards to your order.

Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected a product.
